Giampaolo Sibilia leads the European operations of Nuvera®, a brand of Hyster‑Yale Materials Handling, Inc. within its Energy Solutions group. He oversees commercial activities, as well as the company’s testing and validation facility and customer care center in Europe. 
Giampaolo has held leadership roles across stack manufacturing, testing, system development, quality, and supply chain functions. His work has supported the development and deployment of zero‑emission fuel cell solutions across a wide range of applications, including on‑ and off‑road vehicles, port equipment, stationary systems, and maritime operations. 
Prior to joining Hyster‑Yale, Giampaolo gained experience in the semiconductor industry and in aerospace industry. 
He brings extensive expertise in fuel cell stack and system operations, along with strong operational leadership experience. Giampaolo holds an M.S. degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, Italy.
