Francesco Monti is CEO and partner of Podium Advanced Technologies, an Italian company specializing in the development of advanced mobility and high-performance systems. 
He began his career in international motorsports at McLaren, an experience that shaped an approach strongly focused on technical and organizational excellence. At Podium, he oversaw and guided the company’s growth in electrification, leading it to become a key player in some of the most advanced programs in international motorsports, including MotoE, the Audi Dakar, and Formula E GEN4. Today, he effectively manages the daily challenge of leading a company with international reach from the Aosta Valley, integrating technology, sustainability, industrial development, and people development.
