Francesca holds a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Finance from ESCP Business School and has lived in Italy, Spain, Luxembourg, and France. Throughout her career, she has developed a solid understanding of Product Management and Go-to-Market strategies while working at Amazon. She is currently deepening her passion for the startup ecosystem through her work at Plug and Play Tech Center and Motor Valley Accelerator, where she is responsible for managing the investment funnel and portfolio management activities. With nearly three years of experience in the venture capital sector, she actively manages a portfolio of 28 startups within the Motor Valley Accelerator and has been involved in the investment process of 30+ deep tech startups.
