Fiorenzo Bellelli is CEO of Tinexta Innovation Hub, a company within the Tinexta Group thatsupports businesses in their digital and sustainable transformation through integrated Finance, Consulting and Technology solutions.

After completing his education at SAA – School of Management of the University of Turin and qualifying as a Certified Public Auditor, he developed extensive experience in corporate finance and executive management within the manufacturing sector. In 1995, he founded Warrant Consulting, a company specialised in public funding advisory and strategic consulting for SMEs.

Since 2017, he has been leading the development of Tinexta Innovation Hub, an internationallyoriented organisation with more than 1,000 professionals and operational offices across severalEuropean countries, part of the Tinexta Group’s Business Innovation BU. Under his leadership, the company has strengthened its expertise in incentives and industrial policy, innovation, ESG, digitaltransformation, internationalisation and access to European programmes, supporting businesses in their growth and competitiveness journeys. His profile combines industrial vision, a strong focus on innovation processes and a results-driven execution approach.
