Fabrizio Conicella is Head of Software and Digital at Iveco Group, where he has built a solid career spanning over 25 years, progressively taking on roles of increasing responsibility. 

In his current position, he is accountable for the development of digital products and services, as well as AI‑based solutions aimed at enhancing vehicle safety, efficiency, and overall productivity. 

Fabrizio is also leading Iveco Group’s software transformation journey. He established the Iveco Group Software Analytics Lab with the strategic objective of significantly increasing the in‑house software development capability. This transformation is a key enabler for the transition toward the Software Defined Vehicle, fostering innovation, agility, and long‑term technological competitiveness across the Group.
