Enrico Pizzi is Co-Founder and CEO of RarEarth, an Italian company that recovers rare earth elements from electronic waste and turns them into high-performance NdFeB permanent magnets through one of the world’s most efficient and sustainable chemical processes. RarEarth is building Italy’s first plant for magnets made from recycled rare earths, contributing to Europe’s autonomy on the critical raw materials needed for the energy transition.
