He currently serves as HSE & Facility Manager at PODIUM, where he contributes to the development and oversight of integrated HSE and Facility strategies. He specializes in the implementation and consolidation of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001-compliant Management Systems, supporting management in integrated risk governance, regulatory compliance, and the advanced development of HSE and ESG culture. 
  
He promotes an approach to safety that integrates technical innovation and the human factor, with the aim of empowering people, improving organizational performance, and generating long-term sustainable value. 
  
Since 2022, he has served as President of the SICURLAV Association.
