Chair of the Master’s Degree Program in Electric Vehicle Engineering. 
Full Professor of Power Converters, Electrical Machines and Drives, he coordinates the electric vehicle research unit at LEMAD. His research focuses on power electronics and battery energy storage systems. He is among the founders of the university spin-off LiBER srl and has served as Faculty Advisor for the Ondasolare team at the University of Bologna.
