Chiara Gotra is an HR Employer Branding and University Activities specialist at Ferrari, based at the Maranello (Italy) headquarters. Born in Parma, she graduated in Social, Work, and Organizational Psychology from the University of Padua.

During her academic studies, she completed an internship at Barilla, where she supported the HR Business Partner team for the Italy region. Following the end of her internship, she joined Ferrari, where she has been working for approximately two years. She currently covers the role of Employer Branding Specialist and also supports the Talent Acquisition team in the recruitment of interns across different business areas.
