Andrea Vezzani (Modena, 1966) is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor. He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. 
He has gained extensive experience in management control, franchising, and financial administration in both Italian and international companies, including the Cremonini Group, McDonald’s, and Think3 Inc. Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in numerous fundraising and M&A activities, served on the boards of directors of listed companies and companies with foreign shareholders, and has developed in-depth expertise in the processes leading to listings on the U.S. capital markets. 
Since 2006, he has been working with CRP Meccanica (precision machining and 3D printing), where he serves as Group CFO, during this period subsidiaries were opened in the USA and UAE. From 2010 to 2024, he contributed to the foundation and subsequent start-up of Energica Motor Company, a CRP Group spin-off specializing in the production of high-performance electric motorcycles, holding the same CFO position. He played a key role in the company’s IPO in 2016 and in establishing it as an Italian excellence in the electric mobility sector.
