With over 25 years of experience in corporate finance, Andrea Valenti is also Senior Advisor at Arthur D. Little, the global strategic consulting firm, and Managing Director of AD Capital Consulting, a financial advisory company specialised in supporting Private Equity funds and SMEs. In this role, he originates and executes extraordinary finance transactions, including M&A and debt and equity capital markets operations.
Throughout his career, he has also held managerial roles at UBS and Deutsche Bank, gaining significant experience in corporate finance and capital markets.
He holds a degree in Economics from Sapienza University of Rome and has attended executive programmes at Harvard Business School, London Business School, NYU Stern School of Business and the University of California.
He serves as an independent director in Italian companies and investment vehicles and is an Adjunct Professor at LUISS Business School.
