Andrea Marinoni is Senior Partner at Kearney, where he leads the Mobility, Defense & Advanced
Industrials practice in Italy, as well as the Private Equity & Principal Investors business. With nearly three
decades of international consulting experience, he advises leading industrial and mobility players on
strategic transformation, innovation, operational excellence, and value creation.
His work spans automotive, autonomous and connected mobility, advanced manufacturing, energy
transition technologies, aerospace & defense, transportation infrastructure, and industrial automation.
He has supported both established champions and emerging ventures in navigating disruption driven by
digital technologies, AI, sustainability, and new mobility paradigms.
Alongside his advisory role, Andrea is active in the innovation ecosystem with a focus on climate-tech
initiatives and future-oriented industrial transformation. He graduated from Bocconi University and
served as an officer in the Italian Air Force.
