Degree in Law from the University of Padua.
In 1992, he joined the Fiat Group in the Human Resources area, holding various roles in different locations both in Italy and abroad.
In 2004, he became HR Manager at CNH Industrial in various Italian offices, eventually coordinating first the Southern Italy sites and later the Northern Italy sites.
From 2013 to 2017, he was President of the ITS MAKER Foundation of Emilia-Romagna (Higher Technical Institute for New Technologies for Made in Italy in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Automotive and Packaging).
Since 2019, he has been with STMicroelectronics as Sicily Human Resources Director, a role he currently holds.
