Alessandra has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with particular expertise in Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Organizational Development, and Diversity & Inclusion. She started her career in the steel and engineering industry at Danieli Group, where she worked on talent management, organizational development, and international HR transformation projects. 
After gaining experience in the fashion and luxury sector as HR Business Partner at PINKO, she joined Mutti, a leading FMCG company, where she progressively took on international HR leadership roles supporting commercial functions, people development, and D&I initiatives across global markets. 
Currently, she is HR Business Partner at Maserati, one of the world’s most iconic luxury automotive brands, where she supports people and organizational strategies, partnering with business leaders to drive performance, talent growth, and employee engagement.
