Director of the Green Tech Division at Italian Exhibition Group (IEG), a publicly listed company, she leads a team of around 40 professionals and oversees the strategic development of the main trade fair platforms dedicated to the ecological transition, renewable energy and the circular economy.
After an initial experience at a consulting firm in Milan, specialised in organisational integration and the development of managerial and soft skills, she built a long-term professional career within IEG, contributing to the creation and consolidation of leading events such as Ecomondo and KEY – The Energy Transition Expo. She has also promoted the internationalisation of the Ecomondo brand in China, Mexico and other foreign markets, working with teams and institutional and industrial stakeholders at both national and international level.
Throughout her career, she has shown a strong inclination towards innovation, conceiving and developing high-value strategic projects, including SAFTE – Advanced Training School for the Ecological Transition, and contributing to the launch of the new event BEX – Beyond Exploration Expo, dedicated to the European space economy. Through these initiatives, she has strengthened dialogue between companies, the scientific community and institutions, while expanding IEG’s strategic positioning towards highly innovative and interdisciplinary sectors with strong growth potential.
She has a humanities background in Sociology of Work, with a specialisation in Business Psychology, and has further completed her education with executive master’s programmes in International Business.
