Born on January 11, 1977, Luca Bergianti graduated in July 2003 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in land vehicles, from the University of Pisa. After gaining initial experience as a consultant engineer at Altran, working on Aerospace & Defense projects, he joined Dallara in December 2004.
His journey at Dallara began in 2004 as a Vehicle Dynamics Engineer. He then served as an F3 Race Engineer from 2006 to 2008, followed by the role of Daytona Prototype Program Manager in 2008. In 2010, he became Indoor Testing Manager, and in 2012, he took on the position of Static Testing & Simulation Manager. The following year, in 2013, he was appointed Program Manager for the Automotive Business Unit.
In 2018, he became Vehicle Dynamics Manager, and in 2020, he led the LMH-LMDh Car Architecture Program. Since 2023, he has been serving as Director of Vehicle Dynamics and Performance.
He is a strong advocate for teamwork and deeply committed to fostering motivation and full engagement within his teams. On a personal note, he has been happily married to Mariasole since May 2005, and he is the proud father of three daughters: Giulia (18), Vittoria (15), and Ginevra (13).
In his (never enough) free time, he enjoys caring for the natural environment around his home, which—on a very small scale—resembles a blend between a little zoo and a botanical garden.
