The Hackathon will take place on June 7–8, 2025, at the Motor Valley Accelerator headquarters, located at Via Francesco Selmi, 15, Modena.
Participants will be organized into teams of 3 to 5 people, selected through an online application process. Teams will have access to datasets provided by the organizers and may use open-source tools to develop their solutions.

The event will be structured in the following phases:
Initial Briefing: Introduction to the challenge and available datasets;
Ideation Phase: Brainstorming and strategy planning;
Development Phase: Solution implementation with support from expert mentors;
Final Pitch: Presentation of the solutions in front of a qualified jury.
Projects will be evaluated by a panel of experts from the automotive industry, investors, and specialists in AI and data analytics.

Prizes for the winning teams include:
(i) €2500 cash for the first ranked team, mentorship sessions with industry experts and official AssetClassic / Motor Valley Accelerator merchandise;
(ii) €1000 cash for the second ranked team and official AssetClassic / Motor Valley Accelerator merchandise;
(iii) €500 cash for the third ranked team and official AssetClassic / Motor Valley Accelerator merchandise;

AI Innovation Award: A special recognition for the team that best leverages artificial intelligence tools. The prize will be defined in collaboration with sponsors.
