F1 in Schools: “Discover the Future of Formula 1”

Expo

Piazza Grande

On the occasion of Motor Valley Fest, a stand dedicated to the international F1 in Schools project will be set up: an educational initiative that combines technology, innovation and a passion for motorsport. The project involves schools from all over the world in the design and construction of miniature compressed-air cars, following professional processes typical of engineering and Formula 1.
The exhibition space will showcase the models created by the teams, illustrating the different stages of development: from design using CAD software to production with 3D printers and CNC machines, through to the creation of the visual identity, communication strategy and teamwork.
A central feature of the stand will be the official F1 in Schools track, where visitors will be able to experience the race first-hand. Free practice sessions will be available, with simultaneous starts and electronic timing, allowing the public to feel the excitement of a technical and time-based challenge.
Throughout the day, the team will offer demonstrations explaining how an F1 in Schools project is developed, presenting the roles, skills and tools involved. Visitors will also have the opportunity to speak directly with team members and learn more about the world of engineering design applied to motorsport.
The stand will offer a tangible opportunity to discover the connection between education, technology and competition in a dynamic and engaging setting.
