Roberto Ferraresi graduated with honors in Business Administration at Bocconi University in Milan. Mr. Ferraresi started his career at UBS Investment bank in London in 1998. He then joined PAI partners in 2004 where, as a partner, he was actively involved in investment deals of more than €700 million.

Mr. Ferraresi became board member of both private and listed companies.

Since January 2018 he is founder and CEO of The Equity Club, a club deal initiative promoted together with Mediobanca and counting more than 600 investors among the most prominent families in Italy, making 9 investments until 2024, when he launched as CO-CEO The Equity Club 2.0, with a soft commitment of € 900M.

He is director and advisor in several companies.
