Michele Bertoncello is a Partner in McKinsey’s Milan Office. Michele led for 5 years the “Advanced Industries” practice in the Mediterranean region and today leads McKinsey’s “Luxury, Racing and Collectible vehicles” service line at global level. 
 
Michele has collaborated with the Motor Valley extensively in the past, joining the “Motor Valley Observatory” and contributing to the Motor Valley Fest and MV Accelerator over the past few years. 
He focused his professional career on serving automotive OEMs, suppliers and “ecosystem players” in the emotional mobility space at global level.
  
Michele earned his degree in Business Administration at Bocconi University with a thesis on “Competitive advantage in the Supercar segment”, and perfected his post-graduate studies at Harvard and NYU.
