Francesca Protano is the Head of Technology Strategy & Product Innovation at CNH. 

With almost 20 years of international experience, she has held various roles in R&D, Finance, Marketing, and Corporate Development, including Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Development, and Strategy. Most recently, she was the Managing Director of Ventures at CNH, where she led efforts to expand the company’s portfolio through partnerships and ventures.

Francesca began her career at the Fiat Research Centre, working on innovative projects in the automotive and industrial sectors. 
She holds a degree in Computer Science and has earned Master’s degrees in Mechatronics and Innovation & Technology Management from Alma Graduate School and Bologna Business School International.
