Stefano Carnier is Co-Founder and Executive Director of AS.CAR.I SpA, a company established in 2023 as a spin-off from Politecnico di Milano. It specializes in developing software for vehicle dynamic control and autonomous driving under extreme conditions.
The company’s main product is an advanced ADAS system for on-track driving coaching, which combines active intervention, real-time metrics, and post-session analysis.

He is responsible for the executive management of AS.CAR.I, with a focus on business development and company strategy.
He holds a PhD in Systems and Control from Politecnico di Milano, where he took part in and led projects with key industrial partners in the automotive sector. He was also among the founding members of the autonomous racing team PoliMove.
