Roberto Dalla is an Italian engineer from Bologna, with over 35 years of technical and managerial experience in the automotive and motorsport sectors.

During his 19 years at Ferrari, as Head of Electronics, he won 6 Formula 1 World Drivers’ Championships with Michael Schumacher and Kimi Räikkönen, and 7 Constructors’ World Championships.
From 2008 to 2017, as Managing Director of the Motorsport Business Line at Magneti Marelli, he supported teams and organizers in the world’s top racing series—from Formula 1 to MotoGP, Le Mans to Formula E.

In January 2018, Roberto was appointed Managing Director of the Formula 1® Media and Technology Centre.
Since then, he has led the Centre’s activities with a clear mission: to harness the technical and creative expertise of the Biggin Hill – London team to develop high-quality solutions and services in support of Formula 1’s commercial and sporting goals.
In 2025, Roberto was appointed Chief Technical and Engineering Officer of Formula 1®
