Giulio Panzani was born in Monza, Italy, on 9 January 1984.

In April 2008 he received the Master degree cum laude in Mechanical Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano discussing a thesis about the control of a power-shift transmission for agricultural tractors (supervised by Prof. Sergio Savaresi).

On April 2008 he also joined MOVE@DEI as a research assistant. His main interests are about the control of semi-active damper and control of motorbike dynamic.
