After graduating in Physics from the University of Ferrara in 2013, Alessio started working for several startups in Germany, including HelloFresh.

He then worked as a consultant for McKinsey & Company, expanding his network and expertise. In 2020, he completed an MBA with motorsport focus at Bologna Business School.

Finally, since 2021, he has been leading several digital innovation initiatives at Dallara, including the 2024 launch of a joint venture in the United States with AK Informatica to help Dallara successfully enter the world of Esports.
