Andrea Montermini is Managing Partner EMEA and a member of EFESO’s Group Executive Committee. With over 25 years of consulting experience, he has been part of the EFESO team since 2012, where he helps lead the Automotive, Aerospace & Defense and Sustainability practices.
Throughout his career, he has supported major industrial companies and international groups in complex transformation initiatives, performance improvement programs, and M&A transactions. He has authored publications in E2E Business and Operational Excellence.
Andrea has strong expertise in end-to-end transformation, defining new operating models, strategic planning, product development, supply chain and procurement optimization, sustainability, contract management, and digital transformation.
He has worked with leading clients including Ferrari, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, Alpine, Renault, Airbus, Coesia, Philip Morris, ENEL, Trenitalia and many others.
Among the most significant projects followed by Andrea are profitability improvement programs, cost reduction projects, design and implementation of new operating models, business plans, digitization initiatives, and ESG roadmaps.
Andrea holds a degree in Management Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan. He lives between Italy and France and is fluent in English and French.
