With consolidated experience in the selection, insertion and development of human resources, she has gained considerable skills and abilities in the setting up and running of work groups in dynamic and high-tech contexts, and has been active in the creation of start-up companies, acquisitions and mergers.

She has also been a speaker at numerous conferences on HR issues and a champion of dialogue and close collaboration between companies, schools and local communities, promoting innovative collaborative projects from primary and secondary schools all the way up to universities.

She is a civil lawyer specialising in labour law, and since 2021 she has been president of AIDP Umbria as well as HR coordinator for Confindustria Umbria and a member of the Advisory Board of the Doctorate in Mathematics, Computer Science and Statistics (University of Florence-Perugia).
