Lara Porciatti is Senior Project Manager at Skills and Territories for Innovation Unit in ART-ER Attractiveness Research Territory, the Emilia-Romagna Region (Italy) Joint Stock Consortium born  with the purpose of fostering the region’s sustainable growth by developing innovation and knowledge, attractiveness and internationalisation of the region. 

She has more than 15 years of experience as policy advisor and project consultant for the designing, monitoring and evaluation of policies and projects in the field of skills development, education, vocational education and training and talent attraction.
In ART-ER she coordinates technical assistance activities to the Emilia-Romagna Region for the implementation of Regional Law n. 2 of 21 February 2023 Attraction, permanence and harnessing of highly specialized talents in Emilia-Romagna, it-ER International Talents Emilia-Romagna programme, Skills Intelligence Emilia-Romagna project, and various European projects in the field of skills development.

Since 2023, she is also part of the EU Harnessing Talent Platform expert task force
