Teodoro Lio, starting September 1^st 2024, is the CEO of Accenture Italy and a member of Accenture’s Global Executive Leadership Team as Market Unit Lead of the ICEG Region, which includes Italy, Central Europe and Greece.
Since joining Accenture in 2001, Lio has worked closely with key players in the national and international industry landscape, focusing on value creation through technology and digital transformation, with a strong focus on innovation and enhancing the spirit of entrepreneurship.
 
Prior to taking on the role of CEO, he was Accenture Lead for Products which include key sectors of Italy’s economy, from consumer goods to retail, from infrastructure and transportation to pharmaceutical and from automotive to heavy industry. He was the Head of a geographic region that comprises Italy, Central Europe and Greece. In parallel, he maintained his role as Europe Lead for Automotive & Mobility which he has held since 2018.
 
During his career, he has launched and led complex transformation programs in the areas of connected products, product-to-service transformations and digital customer interaction working with leading global technology partners.
 
Lio built his impressive international experience during his overseas assignments in China and ASEAN (Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand) and by holding roles of increasing responsibility in Europe, USA, and Brazil. His broad and deep perspective on the multicultural challenges that global players face is much valued by clients and is enhanced by his commitment to Accenture’s drive for Diversity & Inclusion and Gender Equality.

He holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics from the University of Turin.
