With more than a decade of top management experience, Irene Boni has held leadership roles in leading organizations: she was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer at the unicorn Yoox-Net-A-Porter, and Chief Executive Officer of Talent Garden, Europe’s largest digital education group.

With a degree in Political Economy from the University of Bologna and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Columbia University, she began her career at Procter & Gamble and McKinsey, developing strategic and operational skills in global environments.
Today she is a managing director of Unhate Foundation, a director of Ago Modena Fabbriche Culturali, and a board member of Edizione (Benetton family holding company) and Safilo. She is also an active investor with Angels4Women and senior advisor specializing in corporate growth and digital transformation.

Convinced that technology can be an engine of equity and development, Irene works to combine innovation and impact, building more resilient companies and more just societies. She actively promotes inclusion as a pillar of social and corporate progress, with a strong commitment to intergenerational diversity and women’s empowerment.
