He began his career as a diesel engineer for Automotive applications at Fiat Group and joined the industrial branch of the company in 2007, working with powertrains for commercial vehicles, and agricultural and construction equipment. As Head of Product Engineering at FPT Industrial, Iveco Group’s global brand that specialises in propulsion systems, Biffali is leading the company through the challenging and fundamental transformation that the entire automotive industry is facing, migrating from the traditional combustion and mechanical approach to a propulsion system-based approach.
