HR Manager Scuderia AlphaTauri

Maddalena Chierici is HR Manager of Scuderia AlphaTauri (previously Scuderia ToroRosso) since 2015.
Her academic career includes a master’s degree on Communication Sciences and a Postgraduate degree focusing on Human Resource Development and Management

Her career in Human Resources management started 14 years ago within HR consulting companies where she had the opportunity of working in close cooperation with important industrial groups.

In her role of HR Manager, she is responsible for the HR support for all Team Departments including support for strategic program management, training/employee development, resource and budget forecasting, organizational development and employee relations.

For Scuderia AlphaTauri she also managed important talent acquisition projects such as the “Formula Future Academy”, an advanced learning program to identify the best young talents who will have the opportunity to start a career in F1, and managerial development programs as the Team Leadership Mastering program "Drive for Excellence" for Head of Departments, Senior and Newly appointed managers.
