Umberto Tossini

Umberto Tossini is Chief People & Culture Officer and member of the Board of Management of Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. since October 2006. His work focuses on the professional growth and evolution of people and on processes related to the dissemination of a corporate culture that places them at the centre, enhancing their uniqueness. Thanks to a strategic approach that takes into account not only the business, but also its sustainability within the territory and the community, the company has won prestigious awards, including Top Employer Italia for the tenth year running. Born in Avellino in 1967, he graduated cum laude in Law from the Luiss University of Rome. In 2017 he was awarded the title of Commendatore dell'Ordine al merito della Repubblica italiana and since March 2023 he has been President of the ANFIA Constructors Group and Vice President of the Association. Passionate about theatre and 20th century literature, he loves cycling.
