UNIMORE researchers invite you to experience a virtual tour through the Parmigiano Reggiano production process, a virtual tour developed with the funding of Fondazione di Modena, “FAR2019 per la ricerca”.
The virtual tour, developed in collaboration with the Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium, offers a unique and immersive experience through the Parmigiano Reggiano production process, retracing the experience of physically visiting a dairy and increasing the user experience with gamified activities. The user is called to interact with the cheesemaker – an avatar – and to perform actions in virtual mode useful for learning the complex production process of Parmigiano Reggiano in a simple way.
The result? A fun, educational, engaging, and interactive experience.
