1-AVV. STEFANO ZIRONI BAR ASSOCIATION

"The movement of self-driving vehicles: where law gives way (and a lot) to technology."

Autonomous driving is one of the latest frontiers where the jurist is faced with multiple issues: aspects related to the "management" of personal data stored by the car, aspects related to liability to third parties in case of an accident, aspects related to patents, and aspects related to the security of the computer system that "governs" autonomous driving. All these topics have been brilliantly examined in the volume edited by Simone Scagliarini, published by Giappichelli in 2019; it is evident from the papers published here that even in this moreover hyper-specialized field, the law "chases" technology, confirming that our legislator (as well as the European one) is trudging in adapting in a timely manner to the changes taking place.

2-DOCTOR ANNA BALDASSARI ORDER OF CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS AND ACCOUNTING EXPERTS

"The Taxation of Classic Cars."

The talk addresses the most interesting and relevant tax issues concerning classic cars: registration, tax exemptions, importation and sponsorship.

3-ARCH. ALESSANDRO GERVASI ORDER OF ARCHITECTS PPC "From the idea to the vehicle through architecture."

The automotive industry is one of the sectors that has always been able to push up the bar of innovation, dragging with it an induced of excellence that characterizes the motorvalley. In this context, Architecture plays a leading role by uniting all the disciplines that lead the idea to become the product that we see speeding on roads and circuits around the world.

4-DOTT.SSA LAURA ROMAGNOLI ORDER OF LABOUR CONSULTANTS "The Mobility Manager: what he does and when it is mandatory to appoint him /possibility of refining corporate welfare in the "transportation" sector"

New collaborations are opening in the world of Professions and new tools available to Professionals all to achieve the maximum collective and individual welfare of the citizen/worker. The figure of the Mobility Manager is the professional, important for companies that have many employees, dedicated to studying solutions to reduce the environmental impact of home-work travel and organize sustainable mobility. It is the Relaunch Decree DL 34/2020 that introduced the figure of the Mobility Manager while the DM May 12, 2021 regulates its functions and requirements. Companies and .P.A. are required to appoint a Mobility Manager if they have more than 100 employees and are located in a regional capital, a metropolitan city, a provincial capital, in a municipality with more than 50 thousand inhabitants. There is a requirement for companies to adopt, by December 31 of each year, a Home-Work Commute Plan (HWMP) that aims to reduce private vehicle traffic due to companies that, in the specific area, have many employees. Workers are oriented toward alternative forms of sustainable mobility with benefits in terms of travel time, cost, and transportation comfort. For the company, economic and productivity aspects are improved, and for the community there is a positive environmental, social and economic return. The corporate mobility manager works in synergy with the human resources manager to guide his or her choices, also based on the tools made available by corporate welfare plans. For example, the provisions of Article 51 of Tuir can apply to the hypothesis in which the employer , if it promotes an environmentally conscious use of vehicles by resorting to electric mobility, offers its employees the recharging service . Give

impetus to an accomplished ecological transition through sustainable mobility is also a specific goal of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRP).

5- ENG. MADDALENA RONCHETTI ORDINE INGEGNERI "MODENA: excellence of engineering culture and profession in the

automotive."

Illustrious names have been those who have contributed to making our area an excellence for activities related to art, culinary expressions, and production activities, and no less for culture and professional development in the Automotive sector. Modena is the center of a "circle" that encompasses such excellence, and the development of cultural education and professional engineering activity in support of such excellence is growing more and more.

6- PER. IND. WAINER RIGHI ORDER OF INDUSTRIAL AND GRADUATE INDUSTRIAL EXPERTS

"Vehicle Type Approval Legislation. Self-driving cars, July 14, 2022 kicked off the possibility of driving in Europe"

The evolutionary process of the now fully globalized Normative has the presumption of advancing in step with technological evolution, but it is often limiting compared to the real technological potential.

The most sophisticated cars we see on our roads have level 2 autonomous driving, i.e., partially automated driving, meaning that the driver can entrust the system with control of the car in certain situations, but must remain alert at all times and take over when needed. In the next decade, however, Level 3 and 4 cars are expected to enter the market, but Level 5 cars, self-driving vehicles without ever requiring human intervention, are already ready. Therefore, infrastructure, which is critical in order to ensure the safety of autonomous driving, becomes crucial.

7- DOTT.SSA PAOLA CORRADINI ORDINE PSICOLOGI EMILIA ROMAGNA

"Synergies between professions: Psychology as an asset for automotive safety and innovation."

Research and applications of Psychology make a decisive contribution in the Automotive sector toward goals of safety, efficiency and well-being of people, working in synergy with other theoretical and professional fields, as also highlighted by the Human Factors approach.

The study of the behavior and the characteristics, capabilities and limitations of the "human operator," such as the pilot, provide essential knowledge for design and innovation; an example of this is the systems for detecting the psychophysical state of the operator, currently undergoing evolution, useful for assessing the pilot's operational "fitness" in real time.
