At the 6th edition of the Motor Valley Fest 2024, an exhibition area curated by the State Police will not be missing again this year, with equipped and vintage service vehicles and motorcycles.
During the four days dedicated to the promotion of Automotive and its Made in Italy excellence, a variety of cars will be on display at the booth, located in Piazzale degli Erri, including the Lamborghini Huracan with the livery of the State Police, used for urgent medical transport of organs and plasma.
The weekend will also feature two historic cars: the Alfa Romeo Sprint 2000 with gray/green coloring, produced between 1960 and 1962 in only 700 examples and used in emergency services, and the Fiat 509, registered in 1927 and assigned to the Royal Police Headquarters in Florence.
On Friday morning, the Traffic Police’s Blue Pullman, which makes stops throughout Italy to promote the culture of safe driving, was available to schoolchildren.
Qualified Traffic Police personnel will be on site to talk and discuss the sensitive issue of road safety. It will be possible, among other things, to try out so-called “distortion glasses,” which simulate an individual’s perception when he or she is under the influence of alcohol.
The Cyber Security Police will also be on the field Saturday afternoon to illustrate the many prevention campaigns in place, from gender-based violence to bullying and cyberbullying.
